Quotes

Prices quoted are for the work described at the time of quoting. If conditions found on site change the scope, we stop, explain what changed, and give you a revised price before continuing.

Scheduling

Arrival windows are given in good faith. Emergency calls can displace scheduled work; where that happens we contact you before the window closes.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless other arrangements have been agreed in writing, such as commercial account terms.

Workmanship

We stand behind the work we perform. Parts supplied by the customer are installed on request but are not covered by our workmanship terms.
