Pricing
How Our Pricing Works
Flat prices agreed before work starts. No hourly meter, no surprise line items, and after-hours figures said out loud on the phone.
- Flat quotes, not estimates
- Diagnostic credited toward the repair
- After-hours rates stated up front
- Repair and replacement priced side by side
Why flat pricing
Hourly billing puts the risk on the customer. If a diagnosis takes longer than expected, you pay for it. Flat pricing moves that risk to us, which is where it belongs, and it means the number you hear is the number on the invoice.
Typical jobs and how they are quoted
| Job | How it is priced | What is included |
|---|---|---|
| Drain cleaning, accessible cleanout | Flat price quoted on the call | Includes camera pass on main lines |
| Main line clearing, no cleanout | Quoted after we see the access | Pulling a toilet to reach the line changes the job |
| Water heater repair | Flat price after diagnosis | Elements, thermostats and thermocouples ride on the truck |
| Water heater replacement | Quoted before we order the unit | Includes haul-away, pan, connectors and shut-off |
| Leak detection | Flat locating fee | Credited toward the repair if you go ahead |
| Sewer camera and locate | Flat price | Footage handed over as a file you keep |
| Sewer repair or replacement | Quoted after camera and locate | Never quoted blind over the phone |
| Whole house repipe | Quoted after walking the house | Staged so you keep water most of each day |
| After-hours call-out | Stated on the phone before you agree | Credited toward the work if you proceed |
We do not publish fixed dollar figures because access, pipe material and site conditions change the job enormously. What we do commit to is giving you the number before any work starts, including at 2am.
