How a call with us actually goes
No mystery pricing and no dispatcher reading from a script.
You call, a person answers
Tell us what is happening. We will often diagnose the likely cause on the phone and tell you what to shut off before we arrive.
You get a real arrival window
Not an all-day gap. If the truck is running late you hear from us before the window closes, not after.
We diagnose and show you
Camera footage on drain and sewer work, meter and acoustic testing on leaks. You see the same thing we do.
You approve a flat price
The number is agreed before any work starts, including after hours. Nothing is added on at the end.
We fix it and test it
Pressure tests on pipe repairs, camera passes after line work, and a full run of the fixture before we pack up.
Customer feedback
Low pressure through the whole house. Turned out to be a partly closed main valve from previous work. They could have sold me anything and didn't.
Answered on a holiday when nobody else would even pick up.
Water heater quit on a Sunday with a house full of family. New tank in and the old one gone by early afternoon. Price they said on the phone was the price on the invoice.

Backflow Testing & Repair: common questions
How fast can a plumber get to me in Florida?
Emergency calls in Florida are dispatched to the nearest available truck as soon as you hang up, and we give you an arrival window on that first call rather than a vague promise. Same-day booking is usually available for non-urgent work, and evenings and weekends are covered at a price agreed before we start.
Do you charge extra for nights, weekends or holidays in Florida?
You will always hear the after-hours number before you agree to anything. There is no surprise multiplier added at the end of the job. If waiting until the morning would save you money and the situation allows it, we will say so on the phone.
What should I do while I wait for the plumber?
For an active leak, shut off the water. Most Florida homes have a main shut-off near the meter at the street or on the wall where the service line enters. For a single fixture, use the small valve behind it. If you cannot find either, stay on the line and our dispatcher will talk you through it.
Are you a local plumber or a national call centre?
Calls are answered by our own dispatch, and the truck that arrives is ours. We work across Florida, so the person on the phone knows the difference between a slab-on-grade neighbourhood and an older part of Florida with cast iron still in the ground.
How much does a plumber cost in Florida?
Every job is quoted as a flat price for the work described, not an open-ended hourly rate. Drain clearing, water heater repairs and fixture work sit at the lower end. Sewer replacement, repipes and slab leak reroutes are larger jobs and get a written quote after a camera or leak location visit.
Do you handle both homes and businesses in Florida?
Yes. Residential work is the bulk of what we do, and we also cover restaurants, offices, retail units, warehouses and multi-family buildings around Florida. Commercial work can be scheduled before opening or after close so you do not lose trading hours.
